Congratulations to Wendy, the winner of a brand new chicken coop built by young people at AYW! Excited students in AYW’s green building program called Wendy one morning to inform her that she was the winner of AYW’s chicken coop raffle. Wendy was one of 100 individuals who entered the raffle at AYW’s booth at the Mueller Earth Day Festival. Wendy and her chickens were thrilled! This was also a learning experience for the students as Wendy took time to show them her chickens and she gave them some of the freshly laid eggs.
